Shipping policy

At Boota Mart, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Since we operate as a dropshipping store to provide you with the best variety and prices, please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver all across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipping Estimates & Costs

Since our products are sourced globally to ensure the best quality, shipping times may vary:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local courier schedules.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Boota Mart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most deliveries within the UAE, these are already cleared or minimal.

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and provide us with clear photos of the damage.

7. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details (Building name, Villa number, Street, and Area) before checkout.
